A: Our shipping rates are based on your order and your location. All items will be shipped USPS parcel post. Items will be shipped within 3 days of cleared payment. We will ship your packages Express Mail for an additional fee.

A: Yes, 'lina bean gift certificates are available in $20, $40, $60, $80 denominations. They are available in the Shop section of our website. We will email the receipient their gift certificate within 48 hours of purchase. Q: What is your return policy? TOP
A: We are happy to accept returns on new, unused merchandise. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the items. Please contact us at
orders@shoplinabean.com before attempting to return any of our items. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Please provide us with your bill-to name, order number, item description and reason for return or exchange. Once the item/items are received at 'lina bean, you will receive a credit for the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your credit card/PayPal account to be refunded.
We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier, as 'lina bean will not be responsible for packages not received if a viable tracking number is not provided.
All returns are subject to a $8 restocking fee and shipping costs.
If 'lina bean items were purchased through a location other than shoplinabean.com it must be returned to that location.
